Tyson and Sarah on Robbin's Island

This Grandma really wanted to get some Prego pictures of my daughter in law and son. We went out to Robbin's Island. My what a beautiful place. Here's what we got.
And baby makes three (puppy four)

I've got Rhythm

My son is an awesome drummer, and his wife one heck of a good bass player, so I think this Grand baby is gonna have rhythm.
Here's some shots of Tyson and Sarah at their Church playing in the worship band.
I told them Grandma had to take pictures, so some day the baby will know his mom and dad Rock! (for Jesus!)

I love this shot of Sarah playing bass.
Tyson and Sarah during the worship service.  The drum set Tyson gets to play on is awesome. It originally belonged to Jon Kaseman before he went on to heaven a couple of years ago.

Memorial Day 2011

Although we spent most of Memorial Day in a car driving home, we did happen upon this Memorial Day Service in Brooten, MN. We stopped and listened and remembered those that have served our Nation. Thank you so much!!
 Old Glory!
Just a man listening intently to what was being shared.
A young girl scout placed this wreath on the Memorial
Gun Salute. I love the man standing back by the tree saluting.

Out for a Walk

Yesterday Kristi and I went out for a walk, here are just a couple of shots.
Quito likes to bug the snot out of our horses. They end up with quite the game going. He always thinks he has to be herding something. He's felt quite unemployed here though, as Dale doesn't think a dog can really do much of anything of value. Ha, he hasn't seen Quito in action.
Dude going in for a kiss with Kristi, after this he tried to blow snot all over my camera lens.
 Todd going down the road.
Where is the path taking us now my dear?... Onward and upward!  Our life has been a journey, and I'm glad I've taken it with you.
If there is water, this is one cow dog that loves to jump in. Quito is just nuts for water, so he just jumped in to have a drink and a bath.  We've had other Border Collies who were scared of water, but that has not been the case with Quito.
Sometimes, walking by faith is more like a leap.
The horses sure know who's the one who will 'treat' them.  Kristi sure loves those four legged creatures.
