Tulsa Trip

Just a few pictures from our trip to Tulsa.  It was so hot, I really didn't go out and shoot much, the AC kept calling my name.
This is an old wagon outside our "Bedbug Motel" in Broken Bow Neb. Don't ever stay there! ugh!! Cool old wagon though
We met up with Pricilla Starks one afternoon and went for lunch and then to her cute little apartment.  Sorry about making the lamp come out of your head Pricilla, opps.  Was so fun seeing you though!!!
Todd and I on the Rhema campus. What you don't see is the 108 degree heat that day. Oh my...
Todd outside the Prayer and Healing Center.
We drove over 3100 miles but averaged any where from 37- 41 mpg in our little Corolla, was so excited about that one!
 Mike Shoemake and Todd
Mike and Amy Shoemake our wonderful host and hostess. You guys rock!!   Thank you again and again for your wonderful hospitality. Anyone that thinks spending an evening (or two) just sitting around worshipping God and praying, as a fun time, are my kind of people!!
Boo the cat. She has the wildest eyes. They're round!!
We drove by this old fallen barn everyday on our way to Rhema, I finally had to stop and take a picture,  I just like old fallen building for some reason.
Oklahoma is not real big on having a wide shoulder on the roads. Very narrow roads, glad I had a small car.  You can see some of the trees turning brown here. This was the start of our trip home.
A view all too much seen in Oklahoma, so dry and hot the trees and grass were beginning to die.
This was the coolest Old Mansion somewhere in Kansas, we pulled over for a "nap" break and then walked around the grounds, I really wanted to go on the tour, but we would had to have waited quite a while till the next tour, so we drove on.  It was called the Brown Mansion, and I don't know any details or even remember which city it was in, but it was really beautiful. It was also over 100 degrees here too.

Kadence Sage is One month today!!

So excited to get to see Kadence again. (and of course Tyson and Sarah too) Was able to snap a few pictures (of course) of her while we were there.  So here's my one month pics of Kadence.  G'ma loves you lots!
 Our little princess

"having your picture taken is kind of boring..."

Ropin' in a good one!! Yee haw!!

 Bath time fun!!
Grampa Todd holding his sweet one.
 Look at that hair!!
When my kids were babies every month, I took a picture of them by a bear. This is the little bear we gave Kadence when she was born. Don't know if we'll get a picture of her every month with it, but here she is at one month.
 Tyson, Sarah and Kadence.
My precious little Grand baby!!

Sunset

I actually shot these last month when trying out Ken's Vagabond Mini.  I'm finally getting around to posting a few of them.  Sure had fun playing with the lighting.

Here's my handsome hubby. Yup, there isn't a movie star out there that hold a candle to you!!
We'd just got home from Todd's first doctor's appointment. Even though the doctors report wasn't good, we're holdin' on tight and we're gonna make it through with God's help and strength.
Well, I guess the credit for these two have to go to Kristi since I'm in the picture. She pushed the button. Thanks Kristi, I'm gonna make a photographer out of you yet, for you do a great job! Except that one picture....hmmm.... remember shot the same night as this one. Oh my! You know your mom all too well.
A little better expression than that "one picture" remember?... oh my...

Green- Quintus Wedding

In June I got the privilege of being a second shoot for Yetter Photography at wedding.  Here are a few of my favorite shots I did.

Yes, the bride really wore tennie shoes under her dress, what a gal! She knows comfort!
The revealing!  The grooms first look at his bride, or right before that first look.

These three little flower girls were so cute.

The Mr and Mrs off on a new life together!
(All photos property of Yetter Photography and used with permission.  Thanks Ken for letting me shoot for you and being able to post a few of my favorites. It was a really fun day!)
(editing of these photos was done by me, not Yetter Photography. To see Ken's final proofs see his Smug Mug site at: www.kenyetter.smugmug.com )
