The wind has finally died down some, and the sun is out, but it's cold and icy snow is on the ground. Ran outside this morning to take a few pictures, glad I left my fuzzy robe on for extra warmth under my coat, and also glad I live in the country and no one sees me in my wild get up. :-)
My glider bench has had a terrible time all summer. Every bit of wind seems to blow it over, this was the case in this storm too. If you look at the gazebo, notice the window is gone. the wind blew that out too.
My one last rose is holding on, but the ice seems a little much for it.
Please let it still be fall, instead of wrapped in this ice shroud.
